I know very little about corporations. It makes sense for me to be a placeholder “CEO” to give the voices of experience room to help others.

People deserve the rights to control their bodies, souls, work, and personal safety. Corporations rarely defend either individual or collective welfare. I know (alas) that at this stage of human society we still need money for luxuries or bartering and all of that.

History reveals that predatory contracts kept the world in chains indefinitely up until now. The cycle does not need to spin forever. We can work together to end it.

From here on out, please offer suggestions on how to run this corporation.

I don’t want to own it, control it, or continue to pass it on through generations. I want to be the “placeholder” nice New York City founder.

Other people offered me the freedom to start over. I want to make a living from my art. I’d rather be remembered as a woman who did her best to help others and then GOT AWAY FROM CORPORATE LIFE. Just nope’d out of zoom meetings and contracts and lived off of her own work. I just want to let people go and then earn my own way in the world from art.

Please change this to some kind of ethical statement

Something something the people who create a work own the rights to it. Makes sense for them to earn good money from it and help their kids get started. If people want to have rich kids, that’s fine.

Rights in perpetuity? That’s demented. It ought to be enough to help your families have a shot at happy lives, not control the planet.

What’s this corporation all about, exactly?

Here’s what I want:

I aspire to be a wealthy person with financial security. I am tired of constantly moving due to unfortunate events. I wish for a stable life and medical expenses paid. I want to own my own apartment or apartments. Not an empire or fleet of hotels or a suburb, just a few nice places near friends. I’d be happy with one apartment but ROBERT MOSES RUINED NEW YORK CITY’S INFRASTRUCTURE.

Freedom, peace, safety, universal human rights, focus on healing the planet

That’s the core ethical value of this corporation

Details depend on people who know more about their fields, specialties, and domains than I do
